Support for my OSS Projects

   Hi,

   Surveys worked fine until the last upgrade (at least I think that is what caused the error, but not sure). I get this error:

   WordPress database error: [Unknown column 'user_answer_format' in 'field list']
   SELECT ID,question,allow_user_answer,allow_multiple_answers,user_answer_format FROM wp_surveys_question WHERE survey_id=2 ORDER BY ID

   That's odd - it works in my system. Can you try the attached version and let me know how it goes?

   Same here. Problem is the new field that didn't exist before: user_answer_format
   I added it to my database table "surveys_question" as field: user_answer_format enum('entry','textarea','checkbox') NOT NULL default 'entry'). Now my Surveys are working again.

   I am having the same problem following the upgrade. Can you please tell me in detail how you fixed it? What database table are you referring to, and how can I edit it?

   The Attachment in the second post is a fix for this issue - try upgrading your plugin to that.

   I have added the fix to the plugin and released a new version. Please update your copy of the plugin.
