   I cannot see how to create a quiz. I get a blank form, with the pre-coded result in the final screen. How do you create a quiz?

   You are doing fine - just enter the quiz name in that field and press 'Save' - then you will be taken to a new form that lets you add the questions and answers. Best of luck.
