How would I place on the sidebar a event with a list of people attending. At the bottom I would then place a link to sign up for the event. I guess what I am asking is how can I place the event sign up form and the list of events on the page not inside a post.

I am in desperate need of this also for work. Is there anyway you could post the <?php function ?> to call this script for anything other than a page?
