   Thanks. I hope you will consider making a version that will go into the sidebar. I've searched and have not really found anything out there except for the polldaddy service, which I'm using. It's a poll that I'm using as a quiz, but not really that convenient.

   Sure - post the code here. And try to upload once again - I think it works now(zip the code and attach - files with php extension can't be uploaded for security reasons). If not, just copy paste the code into the replay area enclosed in a code tag.

   Hey!

   This is a very nice Plugin, and I am very happy to find it!
   I want to put it in a text widget, too. Could everybody help me/us?

   With this Plugin I activated Shortcodes in a Text Widget:
   if (!is_admin())
   add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode', SHORTCODE_PRIORITY);

   Hi, I am not sure what the last post of this thread means. Can someone please tell me if the requirement for using the Survey plugin in the sidebar/pages other than blog was addressed?

    What you want to do is put shortcode into the sidebar, bu default you cannot do this so download this plugin

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sidebar-shortcodes/

    Then put the shortcode into a text widget,

    As easy as that!
