Sorry if this is showing as a repeat question. I posted a question and later returned to add some more info, but do not see the original questions. Anyway, I set up a 1 question survey as a test. I ran the page, selected the answer, and then clicked on SUBMIT. But I never get an email. I do see the results in the survey tables. Any ideas why the email is not being sent?
