   Is there a way to have sub-questions that are dependant on a particular answer, which should trigger them?
   
   For example, if I have the question-answer format similar to this:
   
   • Do you have more than one shoe?
   o Yes
   
   IF YES
   Sub-question: If so, how many?
   o 0-5
   o 6-10
   o 11-20
   
   o No
   
   How can I implement this?

   Not possible in the current version of the plugin. If you need it badly, you'll have to code it in yourself. If that's not possible, I'm working as a freelance web developer - you can contact me and I'll make the said changes.
